Sunbreak was started 40 years ago as Olympia Missionary Baptist Church and experienced a re-birth in the mid 90’s that included a dream for reaching the unchurched people of the Northwest.
This makes us quite unique, in that we have a history, but are still a young congregation. This gives people an opportunity to enjoy the stability of an established church family, but the vibrancy of a new church.

Blankets and Bibles for Christmas
We would like you to join us in serving and blessing our local community by participating in a Christmas “Blanket N Bible” drive for the Union Gospel Mission.
If you’d like to help, please bring in a new or gently used, clean blanket (or two!) and/or a new Bible (or the funds for a new Bible(s)) by December 11. Large gift bags and Christmas cards are also needed and appreciated. Please drop off any donations in the collection bin in the foyer.
On December 18, we will have a gift-wrapping party with the Youth Group to pull all the items together and write Christmas cards to include with the gifts.
Our goal is to give 50 “Blankets N Bibles” this Christmas!
